„Great check in process with a door code. Easy communication with owner thru app. Clear directions throughout house. Adorable and well kept condoplex community in Culver City. About 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown/Main Street culver. 15-20 mins by car to Santa Monica, 30 mins to Hollywood. Home has everything you’ll need, including great shower products. Would book again! Only recommendation (if any) would be for an upgrade to the sheets.“

„Mimi and her family made our stay wonderful. She met ujs at the apartment and showed myself and family the hot tub and rooms. Good location for Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and other sites. We hope to come back and enjoy this nice apartment.“

„This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this ...

„My family and I spent five nights at this property. We were going to stay closer to Santa Monica, but when we saw this place, and it being beach front, we couldn't pass it up. Place is as advertised. Very clean, updated and spacious. Close to anything you need, restaurants, bar, grocery, pharmacy etc. Kitchen and bathroom VERY well stocked with all the little things you don't (or forget to) bring. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions and made checking-in and out very easy.“

„Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)“

„Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. „Nettes und vollständig ausgestattetes Apartement mit täglicher Reinigung. Jedes Apartement verfügt über einen eigenen, kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Check-in im klassischen Sinne gibt es nicht. Man erhält kurz vor der Anreise vom Eigentümer eine Mail mit zwei Zugangscodes, mit denen sich Tür zur Anlage und die zum Apartement öffenen lässt. Alles absolut unproblematisch.“
