A few days after booking I checked my confirmation and noticed the listing photos had been changed. It no longer looked like the property I booked. The owner said it was the same unit with updated photos and since it was still listed as 3bd/2bh we proceeded but it felt misleadingThere were spiders throughout the home. I understand it’s a beach property but this was excessive compared to other places we’ve stayed. The WiFi didn’t work with the original passwords, and even after getting an updated one, the connection was extremely poor which was a problem since I needed to work during the stayThe welcome guide stated there was AC, but there wasn’t. With no screens on the windows and doors (except for bathroom and kitchen sink) we had to choose between being hot or letting in more bugs. Jetted tub in the master sprayed out what appeared to be mold, leaving residue and a strong odor that made it unusable and left foul odor in the roomOther issues included missing TV remotes, dirty dishes, and a dishwasher that initially didn’t work (we fixed it ourselves). When we contacted property management, they said they were new and redirected us elsewhere. Later we returned to find insect spray and traps left at the door. A cleaning crew came and wiped the tub, but the smell remained and still couldn't use the tub. Follow-up calls went to VM but mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message and never got call backOverall a very frustrating experience. We do not recommend this property
