Bedroom three has a queen bed, smart TV, private entry, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. A fourth full bathroom with walk-in shower serves common areas. The living room wraps around a sectional couch positioned before a fireplace and smart TV with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the ocean. The open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, counter seating for five, and flows into a dining area with a table for eight surrounded by ocean views. A separate office nook includes a desk, smart TV, and couch behind a sliding glass partition for remote work or quiet reading. Downstairs, the game room features a pool table, arcade game, smart TV, and lounge seating for entertaining. The private oceanfront deck extends to the edge of the bluff with an eight-person outdoor dining table, firepit, and hot tub where you can soak while watching the sunset. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 75 miles south (1.5 hours). Downtown Ventura is 10 minutes by car. Malibu is 45 minutes south. Ojai is 40 minutes northeast via Highway 33.
