« Rien à redire sur cet hÎtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct! »

« Everything was fine until I got locked in the bathroom in my room when I didnât even lock the door and couldnât get out. I had a panic attack since my children were outside and I didnât have access to them and I had to rely on a 6 and 9 year old to get me help. Luckily they got me out within 15 minutes but it is scary/helpless feeling when a single parent cannot keep an eye on their children and they are denied access to them even for a short time. »

« The breakfast buffet has amazing fresh fruit and dinner was also very good.
Nice bar area.
The pool wasn't open for the season yet but looked like a good place to hang out.
Our room has a balcony overlooking the lake.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner in our room was very loud and has difficulty cooling the room. »
