„Staff was kind“

„Alles gut geklappt, Personal sehr freundlich, Betten bequem, Fruestueck gut. “

„10pm was the cut off time for checking in. Got there right before 8pm, and had to wait almost 30 minutes outside before someone came and opened the door. Air conditioner was missing a remote to operate. Went out for dinner, and found out we didn’t have the key to come back into the property. The toilet was not working. They knew it was two of us there, and they gave us only one towel. I won’t be staying there again“

„Todo limpio“

„The staff was really attentive to my husband and myself. The hotel was super clean and the food was amazing“

„They offer a free airport shuttle service and we had a confirmed reservation but in the end no one was there. When we arrived in the hostel they had no interest to discuss about this service problem.“
