„Fun stay in historic hotel. Nice having access to the large patio space. Had supper in the 4th floor pizza place, the calzone was big enough for 6! Took the 'ghost tour' and enjoyed the history of the hotel. Did not see any ghosts, but most of the floors and doors were creaky.“

„3 Nächte waren wir dort. Alles ist auf Minimum eingestellt. Die Matratzen durchgelegen. Die Möbilierung dürftig, wie in einem Hostel. Nur alle 3 Tage Zimmerservice. Mann/Frau muss fragen darum. Als wir ein Taxi wünschten, wurde uns die Telefonnummer gegeben. Wir sollten selbst anfragen. Preis-Leistung stimmt in keiner Weise. Es gibt noch andere, bessere Hotelgruppen, die mit H wie Hyatt beginnen. “

„House Keeping during my Stay was no service!!! I had to ask for fresh Towels or go to the Front Office (Reception). No drinks in the room and the Floor in the Bathroom & the Carpet needs to be cleaned. And on my last day water was leaking in the Bathroom behind the bathtub on the left side. it seems as though it was coming from the room above. i told the personnel at the Front Office. Over all I would rate this Hotel a 3 Star rating. “

„We had never been to Tunica before, and Sam's Town was recommended by a friend. The entire staff were amazing! Everything was clean. The restaurants were good as well. The price for the room was almost unbelievable! We did leave for some meals, and by far The Blue and White restaurant is the best we found away from the casino!! Check in and out was quick and easy. Overall, our stay was quiet and peaceful. The only real complaint would be the TV reception is mostly bad. It was hard to find ...

„This is a great location if one needs to be in the central North LIttle Rock Area for a few days. The breakfast is good. Coffee great. Bed is perfect.
