„The location is good and stunning views. the rooms are not kept well and bathrooms were moldy tile. Not good housekeeping.“

„This Hilton has rooms which are clean and quiet, beds are good but no option to ventilate the room. The restaurant facilities can’t be worse: at opening time of the restaurant we ordered food and 10 minutes later you are told to order something else because they ran out of it. „Champneys Mottram Hall – Wellness Retreat or Overpriced Sauna? We were really looking forward to a relaxing night at Champneys Mottram Hall. For over £200 a night, you’d expect comfort. „Alles top“

„Very good hotel in a good location in walking distance to the city center. Secluded, so quiet. Free parking was a plus. Good choiced breakfast buffet. All in all, good value for money.“

„This is the worst hotel I have stayed on. We were put in the motel part, like pontins but 20 years older! Front door had light shining through it, light was hanging with loose wires, dead flies, spiders, cob webs, stains on sheets, bed side lights no light bulbs, grouting yellow in bathroom and windows held in with lose paint I did ring to complain but they weren't interested. The hole building needs knocking down. I got an email to say it's being refurbished, and to bear with them. If you ...
