„The hotel is nice enough. The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there. Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday.“

„Our reservation was a last second error, while trying to register for a stay in Decatur, Indiana. Expedia staff tried repeatedly tried to correct this error, but staff at Decatur Illinois never responded. We eventually were charged for a hotel stay we never made“
