« Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but thatâs really sounding spoiled now isnât it? »
« Really good. Quiet, comfortable room with fantastic shower. Nice reception and bar area that did a very decent cocktail. Right near the station, which is in turn a short tram or walk from Karlsruhe center. Excellent value. Compared to Premier Inns in the UK, which we are more familiar with, this is so so much better for much less cost! Thanks very much and keep up the great work. »
« God central beliggenhed midt i byen med kort afstand til shopping. Mindre hotel hvor tingene fungere fint. Specielt en god ordning, hvor man selv tager nÞglen i en nÞgleboks ved ankomst, da receptionen har begrÊnset Äbningstid. Det giver til gengÊld stÞrre frihed omkring ankomsttidspunktet. »
« Very charming hotel, excellent service, wonderful breakfast. The room is well decorated and spacious. The staff is very professional and efficient. Actually, there was an error in hotels.com website: the photos and the description were wrong on my reservation. The person at the reception took my problem in account and fixed it very kindly. Maybe you should make a call to the hotel reception before coming to check that they have the right info about it.
