« Great location in Gatlinburg and super convenient! Older property but it was definitely clean. The jacuzzi tub worked great and room was really clean. Did not use pool on property but overall the amenities were nice and lobby staff was super helpful. »

« Overall it was ok. . Our room stayed humid the whole time. Didn’t matter what temperature we had the thermostat sat on. The floor was not mopped very well. I had to make the kids wear there shoes/crocs until bedtime. Also the shower curtain had mold on it. The walls are very thin and noise was a lot. From the street and other clients. »

« Overall the stay good. There were things that would have made it better though. It is an older hotel and decorated as such w/slight musty smell, but clean. We were there 2 nights/3 days. The room never cleaned in that I mean, trash was never emptied or sheets changed or beds made. We were out before 9 am each day and never hung the do not disturb sign out. We had to go find towels. The trash not being removed was the biggest disappointment the pillows sizes did not match either which was kinda...

« This was our first family vacation in 15 years. We chose this location because we wanted to visit the Smoky Mountains with our children and thought that it would be a fun and exciting hotel and it did not disappoint. There were things for people of all ages to enjoy. The rooms were clean, the food was great, the staff friendly and helpful. Upon check in you receive 2 drink tickets (Yum) and a small packet with activities. With the activities packet you get “one” free ticket to multiple...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
