« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique...

« The view from the balcony of our lakefront room was lovely. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned - a few pieces of trash but the a/c unit about 6” from the chairs were covered in bugs. Hard to keep it clean with the nearby water but this was there when we arrived. The room was recently renovated and was lovely. We liked the location and had a great time in the area. We ate at the restaurant the last evening and enjoyed our food. »

« This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. « Very nice place, but it’s obviously someone’s property (ie way to make money) and not their home. A few lazy/annoying things about the owner: the TV on the main floor is put in the most ridiculous spot possible, the pool sticks were all broken, the pool table was severely misaligned, and the upstairs bedrooms have nowhere to put clothes(????). The TV was manageable but we specifically looked for a place with a pool table and it was unusable. Bedrooms with nowhere to put clothes (no dressers and...
