„This was my second time at El Colonial. As the first time, it was great. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I always feel very welcome. Sadly I always just stay one night. But it is definitely worth to make my way here from the airport. Hotel is in the midst of old San Juan and lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Very nice roof terrace for some drinks or just some peace and quiet. I will certainly stay again.“

„Our stay was excellent, definitely will stay here again. Excellent location and literally 2 minute walk to the beach. They provided beach chairs and umbrella which was a plus. Staff were very friendly. Parking is tough but if you’re staying in the Condado area just uber everywhere it’s worth it. Definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. “

„Lovely hotel in old San Juan. Perfect to discover this lovely city. The hotel is modern but kept enough of its original features. There is an interior courtyard with plants and water feature. There are some rooms on this floor. Other rooms are upstairs. There is a terrace with views over town and a bar. My room was super clean and perfect for my one night stay. “

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “
