„We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. „The photos already show the apartment. The big table, the big gas stove, the rooms. Everything is there to feel comfortable. What could be improved is that the number of plates is doubled and enough cutlery is provided. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. „We didn’t use the house for an event. Just a family get a way and this house has plenty of room for our multi generational family of 13. Lots of room and character. „My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. “

„George was a wonderful host and so responsive with all my messages. The area was beautiful and my kids loved the fishing and kayaking. Every morning they woke up and went fishing and anytime we came back to the property, they went fishing and kayaking until it was too dark. „We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again!“

"Wir waren 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind fĂŒr 9 NĂ€chte im Juli in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten das „2 Full Bed“ Zimmer, welches ausreichend Platz hat. Ein kleiner Einbauschrank, 2 bequeme Betten mit großem Nachttisch, 1 Tisch mit 2 StĂŒhle, Kommode und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche, Föhn. Ein Fernseher und Klimaanlage sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Zimmer wurden tĂ€glich gereinigt, mit reichlich HandtĂŒcher aufgefĂŒllt und waren in einem guten, gepflegten Zustand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist, da es sehr ruhig ist (darauf eventuell achten bzw. nachfragen) Eventuell wĂŒrde ich beim nĂ€chsten Mal fĂŒr die heißen Monate das gleiche Zimmer mit KĂŒhlschrank empfehlen. Die Lage ist super! Gleich nebenan gibt es ein Pub mit gutem FrĂŒhstĂŒcksangebot, sowie einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, wo tĂ€glich frisch gekocht wird (Buffet). Times Square gleich um‘s Eck, sowie ein paar Gehminuten zum Rockefeller und Bryant Park. Auch die Subway fĂ€hrt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he in alle Richtungen (auch zum JFK). Es ist ein Ă€lteres, nettes, kleines, gepflegtes Hotel, welches fĂŒr einen Urlaub vollkommen ausreicht und ich jederzeit wieder nehmen wĂŒrde! "
