« Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around.
The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

« on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned.
On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids.
Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception.
we left the next morning, one day early.
Total miss selling. »

« Sue greeted us with a friendly smile. Showed us around the property and we were presented with cornish treats to welcome us! Told us if we needed anything or had any questions to just message her & she'd help as much as she could.
The property was extremely clean. Bathroom spacious. Instant hot water in kitchen & bathroom.
It's situated in an orchard and surrounded by trees and hedges with birds and wildlife in their habitat. Lovely to watch from the conservatory! Very secluded and quiet yet...
