„Our family of 8 stayed in Casa Santa Pilar and were extremely satisfied with the beautiful home, pool, grounds and beach. It was a comfortable, private vacation house with many amenities. The staff that cleans the house and grounds are terrific. I recommend the cook service - Arturo was fabulous. Manager Jose was very helpful and attentive to all requests. „We had an amazing stay at Villa Eden on Cozumel. It was our first time coming to the island and rather than staying at a touristy hotel we chose to stay at a home and it really did feel like a house. „Jaime was wonderful with his communication and ensuring that any “hiccups” with our stay were taken care of immediately. The pool was consistently clean and the staff were very friendly to us always. We used the futon couch as a pull out for my 10 year old daughter and it worked just fine for her, however it would be uncomfortable for anyone over the age of twelve as it is well worn and lumpy We stay in Cozumel every year for 2-3 weeks and have stayed at several places on the island. „The property is as advertised. Everything you could possibly need is there. Coffee pot, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, even a 5 gallon cold/room temperature water dispenser. The a/c worked fabulous! The bedrooms are all very spacious and the beds were very comfy. Great water pressure and having a washer and dryer was a definite plus! The management team is awesome!
