Hôtel près de Croxden Abbey, Uttoxeter, Uttoxeter

« This property is beyond a ten in every way, it is everything an English country cottage should be. The village is delightful and the local pubs and people are very friendly. Lots of lovely walks. We were sad to leave. »

« Property was extremely clean and comfortable. There was everything you could possibly need. »

« Fantastic overnight, it was a wonderful stay with very very friendly and helpful hosts. Absolutely would come again! »

« L'hôtel est une belle et grande maison au milieu de la campagne, tres accessibke en voiture et bien desservie par Uber. La gare est a 20 mn de voiture avec des liaisons regulieres pour Londres, en 90 mn. Tres bon emplacement pour des vacances au calme. Le petit dejeuner est délicieux. »

« It was faultless. Warm and clean and everything you need for a stay as close as you can get to Alton Towers. Space to park and leave your car. 2-3 minutes walk to the turnstiles at Alton towers. Highly recommend the place. »

« Excellent place to stay with a family, our 3,6 and 11 year olds loved the outdoor spaces, the gardens and play areas are fantastic and the lounge areas are also great for families. The room was a good size and the dining room had great food at decent prices, esp as kids eat for £1! You can walk directly from the hostel to many different paths into countryside or dovedale. Our family loved this place, I highly recommend it. »

« Parfait ! récent, propre et très bon service superbe piscine »

« Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it. »

« Family friendly and clean room »

« Great hospitality very accommodating »

« Will not be returning, staff not helpful at all, dog friendly but couldn’t even let the dog have a sausage at breakfast as they had ran out, they had also ran out of biscuits for the room, garden peas and orange juice. Not a cheap nights stay so these things should not be running out!! Best staff were the morning we were leaving, had they had been on all weekend it would have made it a more pleasant stay »
