„This property was really nice. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Diego at the concierge was very helpful. He made the stay extra comfortable and constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Axel and Kenia were helpful and friendly at the coffee house. The gym was very clean.. we took classes with Nelson and Orlando. The servers at the several restaurants were nice and checked every time about allergies like Jose, Christian to name a few were great. My only issues ...

„Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt.“

„We were VERY impressed overall! Yes, the property can use some upgrading/maintenance with small things (ie. tiles in the pool), but overall it was great! The staff here is SO friendly -- probably the most friendly and helpful than any other all inclusive we have stayed at. The food was great, but make sure you upgrade to the Altitue Club. You'll have access to the best restaurant and roof top bar (which is a must for sunset and late night). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay ...
