„My room was cancelled by staff earlier that day so when I got there to check in they had no rooms left. I waited in the lobby until after 1:00am when luckily another guest checked out early. “

„Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„Das Hotel wurde gerade frisch gestrichen. Die Betten waren neu, das Möbel und das Bad nicht. Der Kühlschrank stand in einem Schrank, bei dem sich die Tür nicht schließen ließ und eine Ecke abgebrochen war. “

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was so strong that I had to ask the staff to come with air freshener. I do appreciate that they tried to help, but overall the condition of the rooms was not good.“

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...
