„This is my third time staying here. I was so excited to book this hotel as my daughter and I were making a special trip to go wedding dress shopping. After a successful dress purchase we arrived at the hotel to check in and enjoy a relaxing evening. There were hardly any quests in the hotel as it was a Sunday night at the end of August. When we got up to the room I was surprised when I opened the door to see a cement wall outside our window. No view of anything! Even a view of another building ...

„In the first room I had, rm 214, the phone and TV didn't work, and the bedding was unclean—specifically, the pillowcases had hair, food and dirt marks on them. Also the second room, rm 218 I had smelled of mildew and the sheets had a foul odor to them, i politely asked the front desk for a change of bedding that i had to try and configure myself. These issues presented themselves between check-in around 7 pm and persisted until 3 oclock in the morning. I barely slept and wasn't able to have ...
