„Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok.“

„Absolutely Beautiful Stay with Exceptional Service The area was stunning right on West Bay with gorgeous views. The rooms were beautiful and well-kept, but what really made our stay special was the service. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after regular hours, but the owner personally stayed up to welcome us and get us settled in. On top of that, we were able to get a late check-out, which made everything even more convenient. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. ...

„Andi the chef was fantastic and the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and quiet. The resort staff made us feel special! We were always greeted with a big smile and anything we needed was taken care of promptly. We will definitely be back!“
