« We did not have a good experience. I reserved a room with a balcony looking over the water and instead I got a room with a window and no balcony on the ground floor. The room looked like it used to be a storage room and was converted. It had spiderwebs all over it even though they had cleaned the room. The spiderwebs look like they have been there for a while and we ended up having to kill and clean a bunch of spiderwebs all over the room not to mention we had a spider on the bed. I get you...

« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. « Great property. Just be aware there is a number of steps and an incline to bring items into the house. Also the fire pit is across the street by the water and an uphill walk back to the house. House was great. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Nice deck with view of the lake. »

« Gorgeous cabin with a view of Seneca lake. It was everything we needed for our stay. The location was key, we were a short drive from Watkins Glen to the south, Geneva to the north and Hammondsport to our west. We also found a cool little restaurant 3 minutes away called the Showboat. It was on the lake and had a cool vibe and good food. An overall very nice experience. »

« This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. « My sister and I had a great stay. The house is freshly remodeled with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was nicely appointed with basic supplies and condiments. Location was great for us to be able to hit our favorite wineries. Owner very responsive and provided an excellent notebook with instructions and local suggestions. Location is close to railroad tracks as pictured. We were not bothered by the one train that passed during our stay. »

Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit.
