« This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. It's within convenient reaches of the 2,3,4,5 trains, is in a beautiful and safe area, slept our family sufficiently, and had a WASHER/DRYER combo!!The communication was excellent from the host and though we had our reservation cut then reinstated due to an issue with the platform, we knew our host would handle the issue, which she did!A few things that are being updated by the host- the shower drops a bit onto the floor, the dryer caused a...

« We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. It has everything you need (plus a lot of nice extras - welcome snacks, toiletries, washing machine, grill, huge TV room). It’s easy to get to Manhattan on the Subway and it’s a nice refuge at the end of the day if the city is just too much. The neighbourhood felt safe - we walked back from the Subway after dark...

« This house is amazing and a fantastic location right on the water with direct access for paddleboarding and Kayaks provided. House is gorgeous and well maintained. Property is stunning. Amazing spot and location for anyone who wants to enjoy this area. »

« This property felt like it had the bare minimum. good for storage luggage but that’s about it had zero communication with a property manager online had to get let in by other tenants won’t not recommend »

« This house is beautifully designed with a comfortable adult suite downstairs. It offers easy access to the beach and convenient grocery shopping. The place is very relaxing and clean. »

« Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area. »

« I stayed here with family recently and loved the house. The location was private and convenient. The management company was available to answer our questions. It was perfect for an off season get away. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again! »

« I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend. »

« Beautiful property on a cul de sac in the Hamptons. Large pool and quiet backyard providing opportunity to spend time with family. Lovely renovations with new common area furnishings. Lisa could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to returning. »

« It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you »
