« This cabin was perfect. All the updates and furnishings were amazing! The cabin felt very cozy and the living spaces also felt open & spacious. The property was beautiful with the stream and mature trees. We visited Eau Claire, hiked at a nearby nature conservancy along the Chippewa River and relaxed at the cabin (we did not want to leave). We hope to return soon! This is really a special place! »

« We absolutely loved staying at cabin #3! Communication was top notch, there was some road construction going on that we were made aware of from the owners, with a detailed route around it prior to arrival. We were blown away by the cleanliness of the cabin - Along with many fun, eclectic antiques that all had a story to tell. Really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view of the ice covered lake. Looking forward to pinning down a stay for summer! »

Improvements would be wash cloths and hand towel by the sink..outside could be a little more well cared for...outside fire pit but no matces or paper to start the fie..but overall not bad place to stay »

« It was what we expected, a fun little cabin, cute but not fancy, to stay in with our family of 4 for a couple of days. We enjoyed the lake for boating (used the canoe and brought 2 kayaks). We considered renting the pontoon but the weather was not cooperative for a day outing. There is a lot of algae in the lake so we did not swim at all. The arrangement of the cabin is efficient and has two sitting areas with views toward the lake through the woods. »

« We had to come last minute for a funeral and, due to Jazz Fest, nothing smaller was available that was pet friendly. So we booked this house, which we have always been curious about. Although it was a bit large for 2 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Karen, was always available and answered almost immediately when I had a question. « No issues at all checking in or checking out. Instructions were clear. Large Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and nice to find a place with three bedrooms and four beds. »
