« I visited the area the week of June 7th and the hotel was beautiful and beyond my expectations. From arrival time the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean, spacious and very accommodating. We were there for the OWA water park and the hotel was walking distance with all the shops and attractions along the walk. « Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away. »

« Charged me five times for the room at check-in, after waiting at the counter at check-in time for 5 minutes. Elevator felt like final destination. TV had poor reception. Bed was comfortable but unstable. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« The pregnant lady checked us in and was super helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping came everyday and was friendly. Breakfast bar was all you can eat and there was something for everyone. The best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There is a fee, but it is about the same cost you would pay at the Diner across the street. The hotel breakfast is much better than the Diner. Easy access to the pool and beach. « This was a great space. I was very impressed with the space. The only thing that would have been better would there to have been an iron or steamer. The overall space overshadowed the iron. Very pleased! »
