„We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. The use of the golf cart was also great! Located super close to SunRidge for tennis, pickleball, and pool!“

„Great location. Plenty of room for the family. Unfortunately the bottom shower had mildew in it all along the bottom and shower curtain that we cleaned before using, bottom bathroom door hinge is broken,most of the sliding doors did not lock properly, and carpet is in need of replacement. With three levels of living space, no vacuum- only one old broom. No outside hose to clean off with before entering the property.“

„I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place.“

„This Bethany home is beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, service ware, and spices you could need. I always bring a bag of items when I rent a house, but didn’t need any of them! The house accommodates family together time in the living room and game room with large TVs, but also solo time on the several porches. I appreciate that they supply the sheets and towels, etc. From the moment you walk up the steps into the house, you can relax. The location truly is ...

„The host is very kind, helpful and responsive The bungalow is very clean and has what you need in the kitchen. The primary bedroom bed is a full size. The bathroom is very small, clean and new. Overall, it was on the smaller side with our three guests and 2 dogs. There is room for dogs to run around in the huge yard. It is a cozy place to return to after a day.at Assateague, which is a 10 min drive. Berlin is a 6 minute drive, and is an adorable, quirky, quaint town with fantastic food and shops ...

„We had a great time on our stay. We visited a lot of places and did a lot of riding. Went to Chincoteague and Assateague and visited alot of nearby restaurants and bars. Green Turtle, Kirby’s, Yellowfins and Ropewalk. We would like to thank Freedom for letting us stay in her home. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the foxes run around the neighborhood. We had plenty of room in the driveway and would love to come stay again.😊👍“

„Property is clean and steps from the beach. Fully stocked with coffee, kitchen supplies and linens. Didn't realize dogs weren't allowed on the beach after May 1st, but that was our fault and just worked around it! Thanks for a fun weekend getaway!“

„It was a short weekend but we really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, not too close and not too far from the beach and other activities. It was family friendly AND dog friendly which is hard to find. It also had a nice fenced in yard! The house was nice but could use some general and security upgrades. Better locks and lights outside, and bathroom upgrades would really be lovely! We would recommend this house.“
