« Everything about this place was amazing!! First and foremost Sarah at the front desk was the nicest, helpful most outgoing hotel employee I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is absolutely perfect if staying in Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything near by to skip paying for parking. The rooms were super clean. « This is our second time staying at this property. It is centrally located to all of the attractions and just a few miles from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Loved the balcony with the creek view. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg we will be back! »

« The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. « Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back....

« Great location. We were on the 6th floor. The room could use an update. Toilet did not flush well. Breakfast was good. We were part of a large event so things needed to be replenished sooner which I would expect. »

« We got a room that had a Jacuzzi in the room which was on 3rd floor they had elevator or ramps which were nice.. room was date but so much space.. pool was nice Breakfast is not offered as website stated. Very close to walking distance to down town Gatlinburg. For food and shops I would def stay again.. great location no real issues »

« Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail. We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there. »
