So much potential...the thing is that most everything about this place was per the listing but you can just tell that no one really cares about the property, that it's just run by some company as a cash cow...THE GOOD:"rustic" theme cabinon the water 5 reasonable bedrooms2 very clean bathroomsfully stocked kitchenAC works greatgames/activities providedfishing on Big Roche A Cri is good (pan fish, bass, northern)THE BAD:the whole place smells like wet dog (yeah i get it...it's pet friendly, but does it have to smell like it?)the chaise and kitchen stool fabric are ripped and the recliner back is brokenthe trampoline on site is broken and likely not safe for usethere was no wood to have a fire in the firepitoutdoor adirondack chairs are brokenthe dock is inaccessible from the water because its full of stuff you can't even use (giant pontoon, flooded row boat, pull behind tube, dirty paddle boat, old floating raft/slidethe frontage isn't swimmable/enjoyable because it just isn't maintainedBig Roche Cri is very shallow and incredibly weedy, boaters bewarethere is a non-functional hot tub on site (not in the listing)OTHER NOTES:mid-July mosquitoes were insanethis place is in a great location close to bars (Mo's has entertainment and good food), restaurants (Silvercryst is only 30mins east), public beach (Arrowhead was very nice), etc
