Was just as advertised. Very clean, great location within the "resort" . Very well stocked with all kitchen tools needed. Personally happy for the shelf stable half and half as I forgot mine! Pool very nice. When I contacted the reps with questions I got very quick responses. Would recommend this place for a couple, or with small children.

Amazing. A great little get a way right on the ocean with a great pool as well. Very quiet at night. Kitchen was the best equipped I ever had on a vacation. Owner was awesome!

This property was amazing, it was clean and very close to the beach. The gate attendant was very helpful and cheerful. My family and I had a blast and will definitely be booking a trip next summer.

Topsail Island 1st timers

We had a very nice, quick stay in Topsail/Surf City. The rental was well done, clean, and great location. The beach is just a quick walk across the courtyard. We didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool but that looked nice as well. Overall pleased with our stay and hopeful to return.

Great Stay at 'Happiness Comes in Waves' in Surf City!!!

We had a great experience staying at Jordan and Katie's condo in Surf City!!! The place was just as expected. It was CLEAN!, communication with Katie was perfect, décor was just the perfect amount of beachy (for us), and we had everything amenity wise we needed for our stay. Should we decide to take another small trip in the future, we would definitely consider coming back! ***We owned a VRBO beach property of our own just last year, so we know how difficult they can be to manage. But we loved your place and you should be proud of what you've created for your family.

Cozy Comfort!

The property is exactly as described. All the comforts of home plus extras! The special details put into this condo stand out immediately upon entering the property. The decor is beautiful. Plenty of dishes and the coffee pot brews a pot as well as K-Cups. The king bed is very comfortable. The views from the balcony are incredible. The grounds are impeccably clean as well as the pool. I have no complaints about this rental. Those that have trouble climbing steps, this is not a rental for you. There is NO elevator and this unit is on the 2nd floor. Hosts were amazing to work with. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

Lovely, relaxing retreat

I had such a lovely time at Happiness Comes in Waves. Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and was the perfect setting for my salt water therapy. The pool was awesome and the staff friendly. Owners were excellent communicators and the staff was friendly. I’d recommend this condo to anyone!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This condo was an absolutely perfect beach getaway for a small family! The unit was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was in great condition. The couch is large and plush, perfect for watching a movie and cuddling after a long day swimming! The king-sized bed was actually comfortable, which is rare in my experience! And the bunk beds are perfect for kids. There is plenty of storage, so you can put away all your belongings rather than living out of your suitcase, which makes your whole stay feel more homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the location is close to lots of restaurants and other activities! The beach is a short walk away and the pool is clean and well maintained. The balcony is large, clean, and well furnished with comfortable seating and a place to hang your wet towels and bathing suits. The owners are super responsive and very friendly! Overall we have an amazing time and I will definitely be booking our next beach vacation at this rental!

The Most Welcoming Condo

This condo is so amazingly clean and welcoming!!! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. The decor is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect view, comfy bed, wonderfully stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms, and so much more!!! Owners were easy to contact and answered any questions we had promptly! We have stayed at Surf Condos for three years and this is by far the best condo! We can’t wait to stay again!

Don’t think twice!

This property is immaculate and perfectly maintained and decorated! You feel at home as soon as you walk through the door and you can’t beat the location and view. Any questions or recommendations were answered immediately and we loved all the restaurants the were suggested to us. The beach is absolutely gorgeous with soft white sand and blue water. We have been to countless beaches and we will definitely be back to visit this property. We also loved our boating adventure with Sloop Point Charter. Highly recommend!

Great location for fans of the beach

The condo was nicely appointed and clean. The a/c and ceiling fans keep it very comfortable inside when you need to cool off. Location is ideally located as it's very walkable to town. Remember to bring linen's and towels. We missed that detail but the owners helped us out. If you're a party of 4 or less, this is a great spot.

Great condo for the family!

We stayed here - my husband and 5 & 7 year old for July 4th weekend. The condo was clean, well equipped, and absolutely perfect for our needs. The bunk bed nook absolutely sold us on this rental. Everyone had plenty of space. And it is so close to the beach with a more private area to put tents without a ton of people and a fantastic pool. We did need to bring our own linens but that honestly made it feel more like home with our own sheets. 10/10 - would rent again!
