« When we got to Haley’s our efficiency reeked of smoke. We went back to reception and explained to the nice person there, we could not stay I. That room. Lucky for us they had another property in Holmes Beach, up in the residential area behind Hurricane Hanks. That set of efficiencies was AWESOME! I would pick there over Haley’s any time. It's a quaint Cottage experience and has good beach access the rooms were clean but there was no service to the room I think paying 200 plus dollars a night depending on which room you select should come with daily cleaning service I don't feel as a customer that I should be carrying my towels to the door to be cleaned and carrying them back in to be put away. « The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. »

« Great location, walkable to most everything. Unit was good, but some of the furnishings could use an update. The bar stools were too rickety to sit on, and the mattress and pillows are due for replacement. Also, we could hear our upstairs neighbors loud and clear when the upstairs unit was occupied.
