« We enjoyed a week at this condo. The condo was clean. The condo is outdated as seen in the pictures but pleasant to stay in. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great right on the gulf with a beautiful beach. Pool was good but needed to be cleaned. Short walk to John’s pass. Overall a good place to stay for a beach front place. »

« We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! St Pete area is very calm to what we were used to and the condo location could not have...

« Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice! »

« This property isn't the newest on the block, but you wouldn't know it. The unit we had was updated, clean and the location was very convenient. The pools were well kept and you're less than a 2 minute walk to the awesome beach. Will visit again. »

« We had a great quick trip, we arrived late as we experienced a flight delay and no issues getting checked in and into our room. Once in the room, everything was expected! The space is great with two separate living areas and two balconies to sit and look at the water. The access to the beach was easy and efficient. Plenty of places to walk to for lunch! The umbrella service was reasonably priced as well! I would stay here again! »

« We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later). Pool was clean and had security there to ensure family and kids safety. Easy access to the cleanest area on the beach and just a short...
