„The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! “

„Wow! Amazing house with pool super close to Bean Point!Completely remodeled after 2024 hurricanes! New carpet, new everything. The pots and pans in the cupboard still have labels on them. Yes, there are some sand toys, 2 beach chairs and pool noodles in outdoor storage box. We left a large tube/ donut ring float for you to enjoy. A few puzzles but no kids toys. Plenty of coffee filters, no salt or pepper. Comfy beds. NO BUGS Did not use the pool as too many mosquitos, just so much rain ...

„What a true delight it was to stay in this cottage bedroom. The owners were very attentive to the little things that came up. My only wish would have been for a writing desk, but there is no room for that. When I asked for a tv tray, they provided a 12x12 side table, so that helped.I would be happy to stay with these hosts again, as the bed was comfy with great linens not to mention the little extras that make the guest’s stay easy. Please consider Casa Tropicana… perfect for one or two ...

„House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. “

„Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house ...

"The hotel itself is pretty but not worth the price, expensive prices for cheap stuff ( cheap toilet papper , cheap water bottles ). If you go to the beach after 2 pm good luck finding the staff or people for service or help. Horrible distribution in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel as a luxury experience."
