« Facile à vivre, confortable et bien équipée, nous avons passé un merveilleux Noël joyeux et serein dans cette magnifique maison. Portobello avec sa plage, boutiques, restaurants et pubs est un lieu tout à fait charmant, à 20 mn en bus de Waverley. Notre hÎte, Patrick est réactif et trÚs aidant. Il nous tarde d'y revenir. »

« Great property! Beautiful house and a beautiful countryside. The owner Gray was very communicative and responded quickly to our needs. The game room was a popular room. A lot of places (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a movie theater) are a 5 minute drive. A note to renters: the building itself is actually three different rentals, so make sure you are going to the right front door. »

« My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. »

« It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. Also I want to appreciate the host whose response was too quick. I was struggling with key to open and he advise me within a sec

« Beyond our wildest expectations. This home is charming, warm, easy to relax, and a perfect place to use as a base camp for exploring a wonderful city. The location is hard to over hype, as you are staying in the entrance to the wonderful park on one side, and the city on the other. « This property was absolutely amazing. We’ve stayed at 40–50 different rentals over the past decade and this is definitely in the top five. The location is fantastic, and the property is spacious, clean, historic, updated, and just beautiful. We stayed with our family of six and it was perfect.
