« The villa was great. The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The views of the ocean from our balcony were great. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location in the future. »

« It is the ideal spot. The pictures on VRBO, depict exactly what the place looks like, plus it is sparkling clean. Restaurants, stores and beach all just minutes away. « Great location. My grandson went fishing the day we got there. You can see the Kennedy Space Center from the deck. It’s old school which we love. If you’re looking for something like the four seasons you would not like it. We would definitely recommend it. We will be back »

« Our overall stay was pretty good. The location is okay. You can walk to food and coffee but it is at least a 10 minute walk. I’d recommend taking bikes if you have them. Beach was quiet and relaxing. Room was overall very clean. Only bad comments would be that we could not get the TV to work for anything. That sucked because we didn’t have any way to watch anything expect on our phones. Also, no WiFi. Also, there was no hang soap in our dispenser so just small things that go a long way. »

« Property manager has considered everything needed for you and family/friends to settle in, and get the Surf City/Top Sail Island experience done right! Clean, tons of TVs, reliable wifi, just accommodating for ALL ages. Plenty of space for multiple families, or kids/adults to spread out. Great balance of indoor/outdoor hang out space. And by the way, there's a beach about 100 yards away :). We will absolutely be back, and so grateful we found this property! »

« Overall we had a fantastic time and the location was great. The management office responded quickly to issues. What you should consider when renting this property. You will need to bring your own amenities (soaps, shampoo's, toilet paper wouldn't hurt, trash bags, charcoal, matches/lighters, and utensils for grill).
