« We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! »

« The design of the house is beautiful, however not functional for a group of 10 because of the bathrooms. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and another single bathroom for all others to share. It ended up being 6 of us trying to share a single bathroom. We thought we could share the en suite bathrooms but it wasn't easy if someone was in the room, the door was closed, or during bedtime. « We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called. »

« House was acceptable and nice, nothing too extravagant. While it has 7 bedrooms, 2 are secluded through a locked exterior door. The beach 4 blocks away, not 1. There is NO concierge as listed. The host was well-intentioned and responsive but it was rarely helpful. I picked the place because of a concierge, but still had to find and book everything myself. The house is in two perimeters of gated communities so taxi access is nearly impossible. The provided address was wrong (and still is), so...

« Ingrid, the property manager, was phenomenal! She was communicative, prompt, and help me plan a surprise for our party. The property is in a very safe place and accurately listed. I don’t think you can find a better place for the price. We had the best time! Will definitely be back! »
