„The apartment is a short walk (7 minutes) from Lucca train station, and the description is accurate - apart from there being no separate terrace accessible from the kitchen. The courtyard garden is nice to have for eating outside etc. The apartment did seem a little dark, but that's the nature of the building. Our host was very helpful, and a few minor issues found upon arrival were rectified on the same day.One suggestion is to provide some tea-bags / coffee for guests.“

Seife, Shampoo, Duschzeug, Kaffee, Gewürze, Spülmittel etc. sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, um Lucca und die Umgebung zu erkunden. „Das Apartment hat einfach eine Top Lage, dazu noch eine nach Süden in die Hinterhöfe ausgerichtete und damit ruhige Dachterrasse. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und verabschiedet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bäder groß. Auch sonst eine tolle Ausstattung, zum Beispiel mit ausreichend Geschirr, einer sehr gut funktionierenden Heizung und gemütlichen Einrichtung. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und können nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen!“

„The unit was clean and spacious. Central location in the historical district. Near bus. stops and the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaints that we have is that the bathroom sink drain was very slow and it took about 3 days and a few reminders to fix it. That was very inconvenient. Also, no hand towels or dish towels. The first few days the towels were locked up too.“

„Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé ...
