Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I stayed here expecting a quiet room, as the listing advertised soundproof accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
My room was on the ground floor directly next to reception and the dining area, and I was repeatedly woken late at night and early in the morning by loud conversations outside my door. Even after being moved to another room, the issue remained, as the rooms are not soundproof and noise carries clearly.
There were also issues with the bathrooms. The sinks are positioned under low shelves, making them awkward to use, and in the second room I was moved to, the shower drainage was poor and the bathroom flooded during use until I removed the drain cover to allow water to flow.
I raised these issues during my stay, but they were not properly resolved. This significantly affected my comfort and overall experience.
The riad may suit guests who are not sensitive to noise or basic room layout issues, but if you’re looking for a quiet and functional room, I would advise looking elsewhere.
