« Our group of 20 stayed over a very busy holiday weekend in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed here and were impressed with the impeccable service we received. Our rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and communal spaces were cleaned daily. Our host, Sim, was accommodating and responsive before the trip. Our concierge, Renata, helped us with anything we needed and our group loved her. « This property is in a very secure community, the hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating while also leaving us to ourselves. We are chatty, however, so we spent time talking with them, learning about the area, recommendations for local spots etc. Highly recommend! There isn’t a kitchen but there is a microwave and coffee maker. But we travel to enjoy the local cuisine not cook ourselves. But it was nice to have a way to heat up some leftovers.
