« We really enjoyed this property. It is tucked into the jungle, quiet, peaceful, very safe. It is just a few miles from the center of Puerto Morelos, and convenient for daytripping to other places - Valladolid, Ek Balam, cenotes, Playa del Carmen. We had a little confusion about getting let to gated community, but the hosts were able to quickly straighten it out. I guess I would rather have the guards be overzealous than to let just anyone in. « This property was amazing for our family vacation. Perfect size and all the amenities. Filtered water is a huge plus. Private access to the beach was also fantastic. It is farther from a larger grocery store, but it is an easy uber ride. we also liked that is was not in the 'party zone' it was very peaceful. Miriam was very great to work with. « Villa Marlin is a great complex. The pools are clean, the property is well maintained for its age. The unit was not renovated and needs a bit of care, but it was clean and the view is absolutely amazing. 180 degrees of non-obstructed beach and ocean view. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The only complaint we have is the hardeness of the beds in the second room. My kids (young adults) found them a bit uncomfortable. « Séjour agréable à Cancun dans zone balnéaire. Notre condo était positionné et très propre. Par contre, l’appartement est plus petit que nous donne l effet des photos. Les deux salles de bain sont au rdc donc on doit voyager si on occupe la chambre du haut. Finalement, un des deux salles de bain est très exigue, sans comptoir. Dans l’ensemble beau séjour dans un secteur hôtelier où vous devez avoir un bon budget car les restos sont très dispendieux en général »
