« Rien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct! »

« Negative from the get-go. This is a motel 6 not a hotel Blu. Loud music. Two floors up came into my room. It's all about the Bass. Chair was unusable. It's been worn out. Shabby and run down this place. Bait and switch again, not a Hotel Blu. »

« Run absolutely disgusting filled with spiders roaches and ants. Side table had no power phone didnt work beds were dirty. When addressed with the hotel staff at the front desk we were told they could do nothing about it. For this supposedly being a high class Hotel and charging the amount of money that they are I would be better off staying at a Motel 8 as it's the same condition but at least a lot cheaper the only plus side was the pool being pretty cool. »
