The home needs repairs like caulking the tub and toilet, fixing the hanging dryer door, paint, etc. The home was not clean. The floors had not even been swept. The white washcloths looked liked they’d been used to shine shoes. I really hate leaving a negative review, but that would be unfair to future guests. »

« This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! »

If we ever happen to be in that area again, this house will be our first choice.
