„My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not ...

„Wir mussten zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Im ersten Zimmer lief die Toilettenspülung. Dazu fand ich eine Schabe. Im zweiten Zimmer war die Toilettentür so verzogen, dass sie nicht schloss. Das dritte Zimmer war ok, leider recht laut. Positiv war die sehr freundliche Rezeptzionistin, die uns jedesmal problemlos umziehen ließ. Dazu ist die Lage direkt neben Kings Dominion für Parkbesucher unschlagbar.“

„I’d like to start off with the positives, the staff was wonderful. Easy check in, helpful when needing assistance, easy check out. The room itself was pretty good condition, some minimal issues like marks on the wall and my daughter noticed a stain on the comforter cover. Housekeeping did well with our room turnover on our second day. So no complaints there. But that’s about the end of the positive notes. I am not certain how old this building is but it looks OLD, for such an up and coming ...

„Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in.“
