« Absolutely fabulous location on the island, love the ferry lights at night, pickleball court, Succulent Coffee next door is the BOMB, incredible party deck, spacious and comfortable and clean common space, well laid out bedrooms and bathroom, nicely appointed kitchen, easy private parking, great stay!!! »

« This house is in such a great location. It is walking distance to all the great places to eat and coffee and of course the beach . The garage parking is a huge bonus. The place is clean with a beautiful kitchen. Overall it’s a wonderful spot. »

« Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. »

« We had another fantastic time at this lovely beach cottage. This is our 2nd time staying at this beach cottage due to its many perks. Great accommodations with all the luxuries. Easy access to the beach for my elderly mom with a walker. Short walk to great restaurants, coffee house and market. Looking forward to our next stay at this very comfortable beach cottage. »

« Easy to get in and communication was great. Only thing was the contact phone number on the info sheet in the unit was not in service. Needs to be updated to match the text communication number. That's why 4 starts instead of 5 for communication - but other than that all 5 stars! »

« My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

« This condo is a great location - easy walk to main street on the island, to the ferry to go over to the peninsula and to the beach (even with kids)! The house had lots of beach toys which the kids really appreciated and couch was comfy for relaxing after a long day playing! The company checked in when we arrived and when I shared that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I hoped, they were willing to send someone out right away to clean. Having a parking space was an added bonus on a busy holiday...
