« The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating. We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim. »

« This property was listed as a HOTEL which it is not. It is an aging condominium complex with no amenities when you arrive.No restaurant, no bar nothing except a pool bar that was closed from lunchtime onwards…so disappointing and somewhat tired 1989’ s decor…This is not a hotel and offers nothing in the way of necessary amenities for a business traveler…this is not clear on the Expedia site. »

« The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason. Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently.
