« Overall stay was nice and peaceful. We had a loud noise we asked if something in our room could be looked at. A manager checked it out and said it would bother her as well so she left and told me she was going to see what she could do. One of the women at check in wasn't very personable. I understand other customers can be rude or cause you to be upset but that doesn't mean you take it out on other guests.
