„It was a clean room, they had suggestions on what to do, it was easy check in and was able to self check in with key pad. $3-$10 ubers to get around to old san juan and more locally. Walmart 7 min away if you need anything. Had roku tv, min fridge, makeup wipes!, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. “

„Me and my significant other had the room with the private hotub/balcony. It was nice, but the room had one ac unit against the window, and the doors and windows did not seal great so it was hard to get the room cold. Other than that, the shop/restaurant downstairs was convenient. The hotel itself is in such a good area, 10-15 min from old San Juan’s restaurants, shops, and night life. Highly recommend if you’re a sushi person or anyone trying to find local food, tayzan and ropa vieja grill. ...

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„This small hotel is in a perfect location on the edge of Old San Juan. You can walk anywhere and avoid the endless stream of cars going into the Old city. Some people complained of noise but our room was quiet and lovely. The restaurant on the roof is fantastic ( get the ceviche). If we had stayed in one of the big hotels away from the old city it would have been a completely different experience. Definitely visit the forts and the Museum of the Americas is a gem. “
