The balcony is private security is 24/7 including a locked gate and security at the pool and beach access. There is a bar that serves food at the pool which we used each day.The mall is next to the condos and has a grocery store in it. There's also a few stores in the mall. „Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay, ...
