"un peu excentré l’hôtel est agréable plein d’animaux et a pied de xcaret nous regretons cependant que l'hotel n'est pas un partenariat avec xcaret pour profitez du parc il faut payer l'entrée standart, les piscines sont jolies la plage fait un peu artificielle n'oubliez pas de réserver les restaurant des votre arrivée pour ne pas manger tout le temps au buffet qui a du choix et est assez bon dans l'ensemble une semaine agréable "

"Overall, room is great and updated but i have to say it’s the only positive point of the hotel. food is MEDiOCRE!!! Not a lot of choices and it’s always the same food. You will have to pay for basics to get hashbrowns in the morning for example. RUN from the lunch buffet. Dinner was okay but then again you would expect more variety and rotation in the food. There is only two family pools in the resort which is okay but still small for a resort. There is no umbrellaa for the pool or the beach which is unacceptable in my view. Staff is great. Having visited many other 4-5 star resorts on the hotel zone…this one is definitely considered a 3.5 star for what you get. "
