« Short trip with parts of the fam. Low key time together, enjoyed the pool on the property a great deal. We spent lots of time on the patio! »

They thought of everything, we never had a question for how to settle in as if we were in our own home. Would absolutely come back! »

« This Sea Colony unit has the most splendid view of lovely Bethany Beach and very comfortable living spaces. We did most of our cooking at home and found everything we needed. The beach walk from Farragut to Bethany Beach was just long enough to justify ice cream treats! »

« Wonderful condo! Clean and well-stocked. Close to all the action but with a view of the water. Faces away from the Main Street so it’s quiet despite all the activity in the area. Great instructions from owner. One parking space is assigned to the unit and a pass for on street parking but can be difficult to find a second spot. We stayed 4th of July weekend which made the parking more challenging. Loved the condo, amenities and location. Would definitely stay again:) »

« We had a great time staying at this perfect located rental. Everything great about Dewey, including the beach, is a quick walk away. The home itself is small but well appointed. We were a couple plus one dog but would have been comfortable with more guests. Would recommend. »

« Bethany Beach is a quiet family beach town. We had a wonderful and restful stay...taking umbrella & beach chairs w/ books to enjoy the sounds of the ocean each day of our stay. The condo was perfect for us, retired couple, who enjoyed getting away for a few restful days. Staying oceanfront, we were steps from the beach. Condo perfect for us two and Dianne, our host, so gracious. All the comforts... »

« The space was perfect for our family of six—plenty of seating, chairs, and room to spread out. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and pool, and the added activities were a great bonus. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. »

« I booked this last-minute getaway, and we had a great stay, The home was clean, well-appointed, and as described. I want to add the mattress was great sleeping! Our host was wonderful to work with and I recommend his home. »

« My wife, 2 sons, and dog had a great time in Dewey Beach using this condo as our home base. It had everything we needed to have a nice, relaxing, mellow off-season week on the Delaware coast. Robin was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had via text message. The condo is exactly as pictured and is in really great shape with really nice bathrooms, top tier appliances, internet, smart TV, and a nice large kitchen table to sit at for meals and play games as a family. »
