The Space:

Up one flight of stairs inside a gated property on a quiet street in Condado, this bright second-floor apartment balances work and play: a proper desk setup for focused mornings, and the beach about a 5-minute walk away for the afternoons. Sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with 1 full bathroom.



Living and dining: an open, light-filled space with terrazzo floors, a botanical mural, a plush sofa, a large smart TV and a round dining table for four.



Workspace: a dedicated desk with an external monitor and an ergonomic office chair, set beside the dining area.



Kitchen: a full kitchen with a gas range, oven, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware and wine glasses, plus a breakfast bar with two stools.



Bedrooms: two queen bedrooms with rattan headboards, split A/C, bedside lamps, open closets and curtains you can close for full privacy.



Bathroom: one full bathroom with a shower, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Downstairs: the shared pool, framed by a wooden pergola, tropical plants, lounge chairs and a sun umbrella, is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM, with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. A communal laundry room with washer and dryer is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and beach chairs and towels are ready under the stairs.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas. Check-in is self-service via keypad codes for both the property gate and your unit door, so you're free to arrive on your own schedule. Your unit is located on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs from the main entrance. Three dedicated parking spaces are available on-site, accessed via Calle Luisa, and a communal laundry area is shared among the property's units.

Utilities & Weather in San Juan, Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
