Beautiful guest house overall and a very comfortable stay. The place is well maintained, bedding was comfortable, TV setup was good, and the electronic keypads everywhere made it feel very secure. The pool area was nice (not heated), and the location is a big plus. It’s very close to Seven Seas Beach, which we really enjoyed.That said, communication could definitely be better. We didn’t receive any outreach from the host after booking and had to initiate contact through VRBO. Even after sharing our phone number via email, we had to follow up again to get their contact details and check-in instructions. A bit more proactive communication would have made arrival much smoother.We also didn’t have hot water on the first day of our stay. The host did come and fix it by the next day evening, but it seems the gas issue is addressed only when guests report it, which can be inconvenient.Overall, it’s a lovely property in a great location, and with improved communication and better monitoring of utilities, it could easily be a 5-star experience.
