Our family just came back from vacationing right before thanksgiving from this property. We are the first visitors as it’s a new listing on VRBO. I was hesitant about booking not seeing any reviews but ultimately the space, size of beds, number of bathrooms, couch space and being inside this resort led to our decision to give it a try. We loved our time there waking up, having our coffee and breakfast and actually most meals outside viewing the tranquil beauty of the resort area, ocean and the iguanas sunning themselves at the top of the bushes/trees. We rented 8 years ago from another condo inside the Wyndham but now that kids older , we needed more space plus our daughter’s friend came with as our daughter’s 16th bday present. This condo worked great for us and the pictures reflect exactly as you will see inside and out. We wanted to be in this area again as it was close and convenient to many excursions.
There were some condos that were more updated than this one but It worked for our needs. Beds were comfortable, pillows a bit soft unless you like that, shower pressures great, air units in every room which could be a bit noisy but overall it kept the place very cool and comfortable. Gas grill was perfect too. We did use the local pool right outside the unit when wanted quick trip and just couple hours to unwind. The hot tub there isn’t heated, only jets which seems silly so we didn’t use it. Otherwise, we hit the beach pool and mostly the beach. The hot tub at beach pool wasn’t working either as it was awaiting parts to fix it.
Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and supplies, good amount of spices. I did ask for more toilet paper in upfront part of trip as Josselyn had reached out to ask if we needed anything. She was always available to contact and responded very quickly to my questions. Much appreciated all of her help and suggestions.
Beach area has lounge chairs to use so you don’t necessarily need to bring the ones from condo unless you want actual chairs to sit in or plop near the water which we did as well.
Overall, we had a blast there in Puerto Rico and could have stayed longer than 7 days. We did many different excursions from the rainforest, to horse back riding, bio bay out of fajardo and San Juan fort along with venturing local foods. Adding a golf cart would be awesome to have with this unit vs. driving our rental car to beach.
