„Fantastic stay in our first tiny home! Comfortably slept my family of five. Extremely clean, peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and close to everything in Watkins Glen. Minutes from the state park, downtown restaurants and food store. Wood shed on the property was a great convenience for the nighttime fires and stargazing. Highly recommend! “

„Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.“

„Cute rustic cabin tucked away with a bit of property for kids and dog to play. Easy access from main road. Check in/check out was a breeze! Would have liked to have been closer to somewhere with direct lake access - we listened to workers cutting tree limbs down most of the time. Owners were very thorough with amenities provided and great to work with. We did not locate any sheets for the pullout couch - we thought that was included with the linens, but I guess we should have brought some ...

„Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles.
